Kılıçlar Fidancılık’ın esas amacı anaç, damızlık, yeni çeşit kalem gibi fidan unsurlarını üreterek kaliteli meyve üretimi yanında güvenli, sağlıklı ve sertifikalı fidanları çiftçilerimiz sayesinde toprakla buluşturmaktır. Doğru fidanla, doğru iklim koşullarında, doğru üretim metoduyla, doğru tür ve çeşitleri üretebilmek yönünde doğru kararların oluşmasına katkı sağlayabilmek, Kılıçlar Fidancılık’ın en önemli amaçlarından birisidir. Kılıçlar Fidancılık fidanları ile tesis edilen bahçelerde üç yıl ismine doğru olması ve kurumaya karşı satış sözleşmesi imzalanması firmamızın bu alanda oldukça iddialı olduğunu göstermektedir.
